“Every hotel was amazing. Hotel Presidente in San Jose was the best surprise because we weren't expecting much when we first arrived. We were just tired from the long travel day at immigration. Loved the tub there and Hotel Magic Mountain and the AMAZING view of the volcano! Having the volcano as our backdrop was indescribable really. All activities ended up being better than we expected. Overall a great experience! Would love to do it again!”

We enjoyed a very personally and culturally memorable experience in Costa Rica overall- the Family Farm-to-Table Cooking Class, Bri Bri Community Tour, Waterfall, Cauhita, Birthday and Spa experiences were all fondly memorable. Traveling during the rainy season has its blessings - and sometimes more heavily so! Weather was sunny, warm most of the days we were there; however, on the night before we left Puerto Viejo to fly home, the heaviest of rains came pouring down for most of the night. We were stranded downtown for more than an hour, as most of the tuk-tuks, ubers and taxi's were not running as a result of the rain. While she could have left us to find our own way home and return to her friends and plans that evening, Sadie walked throughout downtown in the heavy pouring rain and slushy puddled streets to find us a taxi- and she did! To me, this was really an above and beyond effort to ensure our comfort and timely return to our hotel. She was quite selfless in this gesture and we were quite relieved when she arrived!

"The most memorable moment was when Sadie left me a beautiful note when I arrived at my first hotel. I literally almost cancels my trip due to the frustration of JetBlue canceling and delaying my flight. I appreciated that during that frustration time Sadie was there to listen and calm me down.
